Sensory Saturdays

Every Saturday morning, 9:45am to 12pm. Ages 0-12.

Sensory Saturdays are weekly themed stay-and-play sessions designed specifically for neurodivergent children, and their families.

We offer a sensory-informed, low-pressure environment where children can play, learn, and express themselves naturally, without expectations or judgment.

What Happens During a Session?

Each week features a fresh, engaging theme with a variety of hands-on activities tailored to different interests and sensory profiles.

Sensory Stations: Messy play, textured exploration, visual displays, and tactile setups that support regulation and motor skills.

Child-Led Play: Freedom to move between activities, engage at their own pace, or simply observe until they feel ready.

Dedicated Quiet Space: A designated calm zone equipped with soft furnishings and regulation tools whenever a break is needed.

Parent & Carer Community: A welcoming space to grab a hot drink, connect with other local families, and share experiences in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere.

Why Families Love It:

Zero Pressure: Come and go as you please. Stimming, movement, and all communication styles are fully understood and welcomed.

Skill Development: Supports fine and gross motor skills, speech and language exploration, and gentle social connection through play.

No Diagnosis Needed: Open to all families who feel their child would benefit from a sensory-conscious environment.
