About Inclusive Norfolk

Inclusive Norfolk is a community-led project created by Autism Explorers in partnership with local families, professionals, and organisations. The project is dedicated to making Norfolk a more welcoming, understanding, and accessible place for neurodivergent individuals and people with additional needs.

Aims of Inclusive Norfolk

• Raise awareness of autism and neurodiversity across communities and industries in Norfolk.
• Support local businesses in becoming more inclusive and accessible to all customers and staff.
• Encourage simple, practical changes that make a big difference to neurodivergent people and their families.
• Promote acceptance rather than just awareness, fostering empathy, respect, and meaningful inclusion.
• Build partnerships between the autistic community and businesses to co-create solutions that work for everyone.
